Introduction to Indonesia AAYF 2011

The Asia Africa Youth Forum is a forum that invites youths from all countries of Asia and Africa and the world to formulate a declaration that is blown into the world to demonstrate the existence of the youth of Asia and Africa to the world. This forum brought a number of prominent and competent speakers to fill the show in this forum. AAYF 2010 commemorates the Asian-African Conference held in 1955 in Bandung. This forum is held on the basis of a desire to continue the expectations of our predecessors is to form strategic cooperation among Asian and African Countries.
Bandung, the capital of West Java province, Indonesia to witness the conference the countries in Asia and Africa in 1955 and 2005. The conference’s two major significance for human civilization to create freedom and peace to human welfare. At the conference 2005 all 106 countries, 73% of the world’s population, succeeded in formulating BANDUNG DECLARATION as a form of mutual understanding to build a strategic partnership.
In 2010, the Asia Africa Youth Forum has contribute to accelerate the achievement of Millennium Development Goals or MDGs through the BANDUNG DECLARATION. This Declaration is an outcome of the Asia Africa Youth Forum 2010 which was drafted and finalized by participants of the Asia Africa Youth Forum 2010. The Declaration must be followed up by concrete action through the organization of the youth meeting in the Asia-Africa. Youth are the future hope of reviving the spirit of Bandung Conference in 1955, maintaining the consistency of solidarity and cooperation between the countries of Asia and Africa. In this context the implementation of the Asian-African Youth Forum to find relevance.
In order to maintaining the consistency of solidarity and cooperation to achieve Millennium Development Goals, the Asia Africa Youth Forum Indonesia : "Fasilitasi Pengembangan Organisasi Asia Africa Youth Forum" 2011 will be held in Bandung. The conference is aim to develop professionalism for youth and to accelerate the revitalization of Indonesian youth roles for the achievement of MDGs in Indonesia.
